if you cant fix it. it will be best to rewrite it. 
And the only way is to get MT4 server command, which has the commands for
Quote Connect: This provides the connection directly to server and can fetch the data.

- Real time Quote: fetch real time quote for the symbol commands 

- Historical data: Fetch the historical data with supported periodicity for respective symbol.command 

- Symbol & Group: Fetch complete info for the Symbol & Group list.command

- Trade Connect: Connect directly to MT4 Server without using MT4 Terminal for trade execution.

- Support all order types: API support all type of order type.command

- Report: Instant report for close history and open position command

- P / L Status: Real time status for Profit / Loss.command

- Support all order types: API manual support all type of order type.

- Report: Instant report for close history and open position command.
