наверное стоит начинать обращать внимание на памм сервис у австралийцев и предлагать управам туда переходить. но почитав сайт ASIC не ясно что конкретно там гарантируют

Compensation Arrangements
FXOpen's insurance policy provides professional indemnity and fraud cover which satisfies the requirements for compensation arrangements under section 912B of the Corporations Act .
The insurance policy covers the financial services we are authorised to provide under our AFSL, including where financial services are provided by our representatives. These arrangements are in place to compensate individuals who suffer loss or damage as a result of a breach of our obligations. Our insurance policy also covers claims in relation to the conduct of representatives and employees who no longer work for us but did so at the time of the relevant conduct.
